RETURNS & REFUND POLICY – FOLIAGE & STONE

RETURN PERIOD
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Items must be in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions

  • A prepaid return shipping label

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


RETURN SHIPPING
We provide a free return shipping label for all approved returns within the United Kingdom.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.


EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges. The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.


REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days


EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Items must still meet the return conditions outlined above.
